Mandelbundskagevariant

I Spanien havde jeg leget lidt rundt med nogle ideer til desserten til min fødselsdagsfest igår. Det endelige valg til topping endte op med at blive kirsebær, blåbær og hindbær som vandt. Jeg havde planlagt at bruge jordbær, men dem jeg lige kunne få fingrene i, var mildest talt ikke særligt interessante.

I forhold til den bund jeg lavede i Spanien, brugte jeg i stedet flormelis til denne og var i stand til at piske æggehviderne meget kraftigere, da jeg havde elektrisk hjælp. Jeg synes resultatet blev RIGTIGT godt. Bundene var også lidt tykkere. Alt i alt en rigtigt dejlig dessert – Og fadet blev SLIKKET, hvilket må være et tegn på at de andre også syntes det (eller hovedretten var dårlig)
